High density polyethylene is a highly crystalline, non-polar thermoplastic resin. The original HDPE has a milky white appearance and a semi-transparent shape in a thin section. Medium to high molecular weight grades have excellent impact resistance, both at ambient temperatures and even at low temperatures of -40 °C. High-density polyethylene waterproof mechanical coil is made of high-quality polyethylene raw resin. The main component is high-density polyethylene of 0.965g/cm. It uses about 2.5% carbon black, anti-aging agent, antioxidant, UV absorber. Stabilizers and the like are excipients.
Polyethylene is extremely flammable in the air, so the waterproof mechanical coil needs to be strictly prohibited from being fired during transportation and installation. However, it is difficult to completely avoid the heat source during the installation process, such as the welding spark during the installation of the steel bar, and the burning phenomenon occurs during the actual use. The addition of fire-retardant and flame-retardant components in the processing of HDPE waterproof mechanical coils is of great significance in preventing fire risks during the transportation and installation of waterproof mechanical coils.
